1: They build their own "Samsung Experience " UX over a STABLE Android release, so the guys at Sammy didn't even started writing a single line of code for Android O
2: Some incremental releases are useless on TouchWiz. The 7.1 release was mostpy useless so why bother testing it?

Good day all. Maybe someone can explain to me why Samsung doesn't provide/allow it's users the opportunity to have the very latest version version of Android as soon as it comes out in it's handsets (?).
