in my opinion, flagship models shouldn't come with small screen, u pay more money for smartphone with big bezels? i rather spend my money with cheaper phones that comes with big screen. (did u know bigger screen save more battery life?)

Google should have been taking cues from the LG V30, especially since LG is manufacturing the Pixel 2 (Taimen). I hope this is just the smaller Pixel 2 (Walleye).

Does anyone really think that the phone will have a glass panel that reaches the side on one side of the phone but not the other?
There are two possibilities: either Google have made a *really* weird design decision, or that's a shoddy piece of photoshopping. Which do you think is more likely?

Same design whether manufactured from HTC or LG. Just a bigger display and loses headphone jack. Plan to use my Pixel until the 3 comes out. This Pixel 2 is technically the 8th Google device with the only difference is it can now branded it with just Google.
I personally don't care how it looks. People don't always buys homes and cars because they look good. They buy them out of convenience. Other people don't care what your phone looks like. Only the person buying them would care. The back design has kinda grown on me. A little unique and Google's own signature design.
I'm telling ya right now, Verizon + Pixels is the way to go for the best network and best Android experience in the USA. No bloat. No laggy skin. Faster updates. Security patches beyond 2 yrs. Pay more but you get more out of it in the long run and minus the eventual lag.
Stick to the Google Pixel product line forever if you are an Android purist that doesn't care about iOS or Samsung or another OEM's bloatware and laggy skin. Pixel 2 loses headphone jack but gains louder external speaker on the bottom. Pixel user for life! Google's 100% vision on what Android should be.
