There are many countries and hence many constitutions and they obviously vary.
If you're referring to the United States Constitution it references age but with respect to very particular rights. A quick read will indicate that. Hence, differentiation based on age for marketing and sales purposes is obviously not one of them. Federal, state and local laws usually encompass age-related matters.

Rebates for old peoplr have been there for decades without anyone suing for this. Well, it IS specified in the constitution as discriminating based on the age...

No, better example: Why do kids under 5 years get to enter for free at certain places like the zoo? The little child crying here is worth more that the guy that works all day and contribute to society?
