We want keypads, we want keypads.......... will any manufacturer listen to us, somehow i doubt it but there are some of us who feel let down by the companies as they embrace touchscreens. All we want are good phones with keypads and a good camera, it seems all they care about are touchscreens with a good camera while any keypad phone they do produce these days seems to have VERY low spec camera, At least Sharp are being different.

Can you type and walk at the same time with software keyboard? not without looking at the screen and walk like an idiot at the same time.
Not to mention when dialing phone no. It's very often have mistyping on a software keyboard no matter how well design it is. + you can't dial without looking at it right?
furthermore, is there any better way of ending/answer a call than a flip of the phone? You don't even need to look at the screen. It's fast and easy, compare to those bar toys that's dedicate for people that's just having too much free times.
Oh ya, one more important fact as a phone. Is your cheek a flat line? if so, you are good fit for those candy bar toys. I'm a normal human that's having a curve and prefer not to listen at the ear and move the phone down to mouth to give a clear speech OR yelling hard during a call.

Why the hell ppl always compare every phone to iphone4. 5 of my friends are using iphone4, and 3 of them have to agree that iphone4 is crap. Now they are using it for email and facebook and sms, not for calling. One of them have to buy another phone just for calling purpose.
I know you love your Iphone but keep it for yourself, dont be a hater.

Japan LOVES flip phones.
But flip phones don't sell well in countries outside of Japan.

I have a SHARP SH7218U running android 2.2 and it's awesome, I live in Australia and use it on the Vodafone network, No hyper sim is required and I can use all the functions, The camera takes amazing pics, I really like how it can be used as a touch phone as well, the build quality is great from Sharp. They should release all their phones around the world, Their new 3D phone looks great too, If you want a Sharp Mobile that can you use world wide then buy it from China, Sharp make some for that market
