So let me guess, now the phone is tweaked to show inverted image the right position? Do a test. Take you phone screen, and try to set it upside down, see how that works for you. But that is not all, cause the developers all do their apps for inverted panels! Wow, you really know your stuff.
Anyway, your argument ends when you understand how assembly actually works. It goes like this: You become the screen you put it as the last piece on the puzzle. This piece is wrong manufactured and all it's connectors are upside down. Meaning, you don't see the problem, cause clear is on turned off panel, you do not see nothing. Everything looks good, and of course you install it the direction you must install, to connect with the mainboard. You cannot put the screen on it's right direction, why? Couse you would have no connection between screen and mainboard. So, the right direction is where the connectors are. So.when you understand this, you understand that this has nothing to do with screen orientation nor with what developers can do. They will always do standard.

Last time burn in case, samsung phone also ... moreI do not know what you are implying, but that does not mean samsung does not make errors;). They also do not use panels made for 1+5 phones. In the same time, i do not know, but i am kind of sure that not only samsung makes amoled panels. If it's true, then it clearly means Samsung produces low quality panels for others while strugle to bring better for their devices. Just cause amoled always has a problem. Always. Never encounter a device without a small defect. Be it very small, still had one. But well, am sure Samsung phones have them too...

Display orientation has bugger all to do with what is displayed, since you as a software developer control what and in which direction to show what is on screen.

This problem is not the cause of failed assembly, that i'm 100% for sure. If it's true, then it is actually a screen manufacturing error.. This problem can be met some times, i presume... the robots eventually, are robots, some panels can fall the wrong direction, then their is nothing you can do about this cause the connectors are placed on a inverted panel,

AnonD-514012, 14 Aug 2017Why don't they just mount the display in the right way?because how the internals are placed to save space and make the phones thinner, they simply put the screen upside down so the lower bezels are thinner, giving space to loudspeakers, ports and fingerprint sensor or else you would have a phone with higher lower bezels

It is highly visible. If you look at the icons while he moves the screen, you can see they do not move normal, and in sync, they move like waves. Sometimes being closer to their neighbour icons sometimes further.
