Update result:
SGS is faster, smoother.
Battery life has increased. these are the changes i have noticed till now.

I tried in two different pc.. no luck.Currently i'm on Froyo & i'm from Bangladesh.Any idea? someone?It's the original i9000 Galaxy S..no doubt about it...

Brought my Galaxy S (Amoled) india yesterday and updated it to Gingerbread from froyo.. Upgrade ( Via Kies ) was smooth , without any issue..

Yayyyy!!! 2.3.3 out in India.. :) Just upgraded.. took me about 10 mins for the whole process.. Hope the update lives up to its reputation of improving battery life.. :))
