I agree with the comments here. 18.5:9 and 18:9 or 2:1 is pure insanity. This horrendous aspect ratio that is popularized by Samsung should die. Not buying any of these pretentious 'Infinity' displays that are actually 'NarrowView' displays!

2:1 is a mistake.
When all HDTVs and 4K HDTVs start taking hold of the market and adopt 2:1 instead of 16:9, then (and only then), should any other devices (start) adopting that aspect ratio.
Samsung and LG are morons, and hopefully Huawei does not follow them in this lunacy.
18:9 / 2:1 will go the way of 3D tv.

Huawei, buck the trend and keep the 16:9 format. The Mate 9 is a fantastic product in the correct format. By all means put an "infinity" screen on the '10, but keep the 16:9 format. Failing that, will keep the Mate 9 and hope that tgey regain senses for the' 11...

Hope the make the speaker phone louder its very weak compared to the Asus Zenfone 3 Ultra. Mate 9 is great and at 600.00 its a great price.
