On Sony you have to actually push a button from a home screen to get to an app drawer. Its a burden...
Multiple homescreens with app shortcuts are such a waste of UI design...
Android users just do not understand the simplicity of iphones.
And then, there is for ex that extra camera shutter button on Sony phones, wth?!
Turning on the phone, Going into app drawer and starting camera app to shoot is a wonder of user friendly experience.
Or Sonys Smartconnect...duh, who needs instant music when plugging in headphones, or even 3.5 headphone jack for that matter...
Its much better to actually start the phone, go to settings, start bt, wait to connect and enjoy music, and 16 bit one too at that...no one actually needs hi res sound.
Apple knows it. Sony android users just dont get it, yes.

Xperia is nice! They have great camera sensor, awesome display technology, amazing audio quality, the MOST stable android( lowest crash rate), waterproof etc. your iphone 6 plus is a nice phone but it is not waterproof, I can imaging how many bacteria living on your smartphone! and even compare with 4K display iphone 6Plus is just have the old-tech display and audio quality is lousy and not reality, Sony provide the best audio quality! iphone music just like a kid just can play but it can't near Sony quality. camera quality Xperia come with more details and more reality quality(not photoshop quality).
Only marketing Apple and Samsung won.

Anonymous, 17 Aug 2017This one has more battery than Moto Z2 Force.. LMAONo it doesn't Z2 Force has 2730 mAh whereas this one has only 2600 mAh and no way to extend it like you can with the Z2 Force via Moto Mods.

Is it how the XZ Premium obliterates every single SD835 or E8895-powered... moreLOL a few millisecond of difference isn't a big deal, and XZP uses the same SoC as every other major flagship out there what makes it so special it doesn't even use stock Android and all Samsung phones have very good battery endurance ratings whereas Sony phones are very poor. And lastly I'm average looking, girls don't complain hehe Sony phones are truly ugly both in sales and appearance.

I like the idea of a slightly smaller Xperia model to replace the currently available Compact. I have always liked the elegant and classy design of SONY phones, vs. the rounded jelly bean style of all the others. SONY stands out in a very crowded arena because they have held on to this beautiful design. However, with no fingerprint scanner, it will be DOA in the USA. For gods sake SONY fix this issue! Will it be available in the USA? My guess is: No. Why doesn't SONY even sell these phone on their own website? This is just plain stupid. Also, a few days ago I went into my Best Buy store to see the XZ Premium. It was not on display anywhere. The show model was locked up in a closed case and a salesperson had to be tracked down who had a key to open the cabinet so I could see it. It was still boxed, uncharged and would not turn on, nobody knew anything about this model, and they had none for sale in the store. This was the one and only SONY phone in the entire store, and it was an ugly pink model. SONY phones are only available on-line at Best Buy. This is the worst marketing effort I have ever seen. No wonder SONY is almost dead. Either SONY or Best Buy (or both) need to get it together if either expects to sell any SONY phones.

But I at least feel comfortable that extra size will pack a large battery (I feel the rumored 2600mAh is way off the mark). I love my Z3C's endurance, and I hope the XZ1C can compare.

I really don't like the boxy, matchbox style design with huge bezels, but I am SO happy for a Compact successor. I wish it looked as good even as the Z3 Compact did back in the days. It had smaller bezels AND stereo speakers, and it was years ago.

If you have bezels at least justify them. Not the low volume 'dual' speakers on the front. And selfie camera for overly narcissistic people. All those hair in full resolution yay.... Don't even start with back camera now
Coming to bezelless stuff. I couldn't care less but it's what market wants and will gain traction with new I. Phone . People will believe those guys invented bezelless stuff and their superiority complex.
