if you remember nokia n95 was a hit , nokia 808 pureviw , nokia n8 , nokia 1020 was that iconic that you can see how gsm arena was using it due to it was relevant during different smartphone generations pretending to be best of the best and they were beated by a phone manufactured a couple of years ago with the same old software
that's the nokia that I remember the exiting thing about watching nseries devices. sadly this not the kind nokia the desing can be what ever but the performance , lod speaker and camera were what made nokia iconic well hope they can put a decent sensor on the nokia 9

HMD Global is a Finnish company located in the Nokia campus in Espoo. Their staff including chief designers of the new phones are made up by old employees.

After studying the picture samples I really must say that Nokia 8 has an issue when it comes to interpreting greenery such as forest wood and grass. I am a lucky owner of a Nokia N8, Nokia 808 PureView and a Nokia 1020. I have taken a lot of pictures with those phones and in my experience the Nokia 808 wins the race considering both negative and positive experiences. I really hope Nokia (or HMD) continues the struggle to achieve natural pictures enhanced with sharpness and good color balance. I hope for the best in future for Nokia.

AnonD-494622, 18 Aug 2017 Why are the nokia 8 camera samples seem noisy in daylight ?Small sensor and not enough pixels to absorb light. If you want to use small pixel, just have many of them like imx300 ( 25MP).
This one has same specs of imx258, used as front cam of Sony phones..

Because you compare features of a phone with features of an os.
The best comparison is between Google Pixel and Apple Iphone.
Any other comparison is useless and biased.
Yes you can compare any Android phone against another
Android phone but remember comparing 2 different OS phones lead to biased opinion.
For example an Android phone wich score double than an Iphone in benchmarks can open double time faster a web page than the same Android phone.....

It's incredible what some people on here would complain about. The camera samples are fantastic! It's a winner of a phone at a great price.

Is this thing Nokia or isn't...!??? In my opinion isn't however, A smartphone with semsung's schematic overall is my next phone also is not...
