I will wait for the 256GB version, if it's not available for Europe, then no Note8 and no Samsung from then on for me. I don't need to spend money on a brand that considers me as a 2nd class customer just because of the region I live in.

May as well be 100TB Note8. I only care if its available here, and only few did get so far. (samsung excluded)

I don't think many people will spend the extra cash on the 256gb version since 128gb + micro SD is enough for most people

I love Note series a lot more than I phone. I expect Note8 will be successful after disaster of Note7. Samsung has quality as well as care for customers. I also expect some interesting offers with Note8 so people feel more secure & confident in market so can buy without any hesitations especially in India.

Found it when clicking on the ... moretbf though a lot of them retail prices at the bottom of gsmarena links where usually guesstimates not actual retail prices, having said that, I have only ever bought 1 iPhone 3gs £539/$700 (sim free) so I could very well be wrong

It was the 2009 to 2011 time frame i believe. I couldn't tell you exactly. The unlocked full retail price on some was up to $1700

I hope we in the UK will get something good if this model hits our shores (Unlikely of course). i would imagine though that this version MIGHT be the most expensive phone ever made on a consumer level (VERTU, and other luxury models excluded)
