IP68 is personal preference, as i... moreYou don't know the world climate has changed, something you can have storms sometim with ridiculous hailstone, when you get a IP68 waterproof you can have more freedom and hassle free for your sports and outdoor lifestyle, when the accidently immersed your phone by water/juice you won't yelling or worry the internal components of the phone damage by moisture or cleaning the surface dirts, when the HFMD coming you can wash the phone.

I'm waiting for upgraded version of Note 4 - with:
- flat screen !!!!!
- huge, removable battery (yes, I have spare batteries for my Note 4)

Good to know this will have 6gb RAM though. I stopped being fickle and will just remain loyal to one brand. So much hassle and wasting so much time to jump on different ecosystems or brands.
Pixel. Verizon. Done.
The Essential Phone and the Nokia 8 do look interesting. I want pure Android, period. Note8 will never offer that.

See what happened to the Note 7? Even if something similar happens or mass bloating of batteries, they'll just say send it for repairs and be phoneless for a few hours or days lol.
