Fricking hell, has Xiaomi signed a contract with Qualcomm to buy ALL of their SD 625/626 chipsets?
YET ANOTHER mid range phone with a bog standard SOC, being passed off as "near flagship". I would take a decent SOC over gimmicky BS like dual cameras any day.
From innovation to stagnation, Xiaomi has come a long way indeed. NOT.

I just wish if they launch Mi5x with stock Android under Google's Android One Program.

Mi 5X global launch? Why this phone even deserve an event for launch? Why is it even called flagship just because of dual camera? Are they forgetting it have SD625 inside that phone. Yes, a midrange. Wow, a midrange phone get a global launch event. Xiaomi must be rich. Ok. Do whatever you want Xiaomi. The price better be cheap.

The Mi 5X with its puny 3000 mAh battery will hardly be a hit in India, its twin cameras notwithstanding. India's poor quality networks mandate minimum 4000 mAh battery for a 5.5 inch phone. And battery life is one reason Redmi Note 4 is No 1 phone in India. Xiaomi had better consider this factor befpre an expensive introro.
