Now, as is usual, LG will muck up the pricing and make people opt for S8 and S8+ instead.

Good thing is that will make the price drop really fast, just like with the G6 that can be found here for ~500€ brand new, which competes directly against the likes of OnePlus 5 and such.

Regional restrictions on the quad dac kill this for me. I'll never buy an LG while they do that.

LG quality issue and locked bootloader are the deal breaker

I think time will prove whether LG V30 is selling very well in the market. No matter how good this product review at the end the customer who will decide.

Simply magnificent........ Samsung should learn more from LG
Just look at the differences between the LG V20 and the LG V30 , and the Note 5 and Note 8 , and you'll see which company is progressing.
Samsung repackage the same software into a different design .... What a shame
            LG is coming strong !!!

Launching A Flagship phone in almost late 2017 with 4GB of RAM is really a disappointment...

Even Brand like Samsung has started giving 6GB of RAM ( in S8+ and Note 8).

LG is thinking that with the help of Camera it can beat Sales of Galaxy Note8 and Iphone 8 .
                Lol....

Great device, but no removable battery. Is it just impossible for a smartphone manufacturer to make a removable glass panel? I do like glass, and I want to think a lot of R&D went into the phone other than water resistance. Digging that Quad DAC and POLED; the whole phone looks like it poured into my hand. One day it will.

Ok, thanks to the OLED screen this looks like a viable alternative to Galaxy Note 8 (for many of us that do not really need the stylus). However 4GB is disappointing - the phone is less future-proof and the price must be dropped significantly. I'd say 500 EUR max at start.

Again, why do you think V30 is more impressive. From what i can see, both are impressive phones that have different strong points. No phone is perfect and no phone is for everyone.

Looks interesting, yes. Silver is definitely in my taste.
Was hoping for the 1.6 apertute to be true, but perhaps it will be a thing in 2020's?

Ridiculous sizes of the batteries nowadays, but they try to fix the problem with fast charges.

I am a customer who wants a battery, that lasts a day - easily! Maybe even until the second day! I do not want to carry around a charger everyway I go, to find a plug-in, especially with an enormous screen of 82% of the front, with 6''.

Best of Bests, all hardware specs are upgraded, not software, as Sammy! Price should be 700$ launch, not thousand plus dollars. LG is bigger brother of Samsung. Need to have a break from monotony.
