Hisense is a darned good name in TVs and tablets, so it'll be interesting to see how this pans out. All their other stuff tends to be low-to-mid range -- we'll see.

I currently own a Hisense Elegance 5.5 inch phone....for entry level with mid tier spec's @ budget prices not to bad....just the camera a let down for me. Hopefully the newer better spec'd phones a re better. This was after my Lg g4 when into boot loop problems!!

I have seen their LED TVs, and even seen 8k Hi sense TV and they even had an award for the 8k TV. They have fridges and Deepfreezers. Their TVs have great Picture quality and I hope they do so in smart phones. They should look at the market and price their phones accordingly. If so they will have a place in the smartphone market.

Yes I know they do good LED TVs but if they are entering into smart phones then they have to sit up and so good performing phones because the competition here is very tight.

Hisense is also available in Indonesia, but most of them are rebranded into Andromax line up.
i used one of those Andromax phone, an 4G/GSM/CDMA hybrid, and it didn't fail me.
it wasn't the hi-end phone, and it had low benchmark score, but the most important thing is it get the job done.

Hisense makes high quality products. I used to be a strong fan of Samsung TVs, but since i tried Hisense, i have never turned my back again. Hisense TVs have better colour retention over long time usage than Samsung, and are much more sturdy. I hope their smartphones will follow the solid architecture of their TVs. One thing they should change is to use close to stock Android.
