I was so impressed by all the camera specs and features, I almost had made up my mind to buy it. But on further research, it turns out that the sensor size is 1/3" with just 1.0 um pixels.... that's pretty underwhelming. Now I need to wait for the actual reviews to see if the camera is as great as LG is claiming it to be....

I don't understand why most companies add premium features in their giant phones (~5.4+ in.) but in their smaller sized phones they do not (~ 5in). I will never buy a giant phone so I can't ever enjoy those features. :(. I like what Xiaomi is doing, they added a ~50mm lens in their premium small phoned lineup. Same with Huawei, hmm interesting, Chinese seem to know how to do it :).

There seems to be some trouble brewing for LG with the exit data on photos. It appears that the f stop is actually f1.69 and not f1.6.

All these are blatant copies from the S8.

Nice phone waiting for full review but I think floating bar is a downgrade compared to secondary screen and quick toggels on AOD is pretty useful

I spell GIF as "G.I.F." instead of "gi-f" or "ji-f".

Awesome video BTW. The V30 is shaping to be LG's most exciting treat yet. I hope they update the UI icons though, as they are getting a bit outdated now.
