But you can't install a Custom ROM in Any device of any OEM without unlocking the bootloader
The Most basic requirement to install a Custom Rom is unlocking your bootloader

Get you facts straight and stop missinforming!You can't Xiaomi Bootloaders were unlocked earlier But now they are locked you can google it if you want
You have to use Mi unlock xiaomis own bootloader unlocking tool I have recently unlocked my bootloader on my Redmi note 4 and Mi Mix
Please research you are still in 2015 this is 2017 and Xiaomi bootloaders are now locked
Even though if you want you can try and hard brick your device you can go ahead
Actually its people like you who missinform you know the cost people will loose their phones and their hard earned money you info is null and invalid in 2017

I own 2 Xiaomi phones and both run on custom ROMs see its that easy Xiaomi doesn't have to do that for me I can do it myself

It was patch that used to bypass the bootloader Which you mentioned Loki but I don't know whether Lg has started official bootloader unlocking now cause LG G2 was my last Lg Device
