AnonD-6355, 01 Jun 2011I liked the layout and I'm happy that Sammy is working on Bada.... I'm waiting patiently to u... morewell.. i love bada.. but the main problem will still remain.. samsung will release the os individually region wise which is really annoying.. so even IF the os is released in july, we in asia will be getting it by the end of this year or perhaps the next years END!
nothings more pathetic than this technical service they are providing for bada.

It looks just like Android now. Whats the point? Even low-end phones are capable of running Gingerbread these days.

That screenshots of bada 2.0 look nice. So far.
The "Back" button is the best improvement for me. :-)
Hate the "feature-phonish" interface of bada 1.0 and 1.2

I'm sticking with S8500 for now.

Bada 2.0.1 seriously? Why even bother? This has the touchwiz look and feel that i never liked about samsung droid phones either. I say dump bada and dump touchwiz while they are at it...Andorid is better - especially without all the nast launchers out there (motoblur, touchwiz, sense etc) ADW all the way!

I'm waiting patiently to upgrade my phone GT-8530 Wave II...
As you know Symbian is going to be supported untill 2016, it means one competitor is out...it is bad news for us...I wish Bada will be succesfull...then there will be no triopoly (Android-IOS-WP) on the GSM-SMART PHONE market...otherwise the prices we pay will be at least %25 higher in the future...There must be more competitors...
I like Bada... Easy and nice to use, I'm not a APP. geek...I downloaded what I realy need, the rest is not useful for me...

Bada 2.X will be available first for GT-8500 and GT-8530...wait...

ithehappy, 01 Jun 2011Just by making an OS like 4 icons Android will do everything, huh? What, Samsung make ourselve... moreDon't get why people like to complain so much. If you like your OS so much, just stick to it and keep your mouth shut. Some people just seemed to need to bash others about for their own happiness. I feel sad for you. There's nothing bad about the Bada OS, just that it does not have so many apps yet.

Not much of a difference, another half a year of waiting for it and my S8500 will be most certainly left out. As usual with Samsung...
