totally not interesting at all, and the features are old and no wow factor (except the price!)
how and why would anyone would get one ? ever heard of the law of diminishing return ?
not a single feature worth mentioning. unless you want a "only you think its a fashion" brick nobody is going to go "wow nice phone" but more like "what a fool wasting money"
TomSeo, 14 Sep 2017Why GSM seems to think that all of those features are innovative?! simple. because for iPhones. it's new.
finally Apple and Android are lining up. (and even though I'm an android lover. I don't say it as mock up. I am truely proud of the two companies.) sure. Android had it MANY years ago. but having apple the same features as android (sans the openness ^^;) is extraordinary feat!
bravo apple! even though I don't use any of your products. I applause you!
the new iPhones have the features Android phones have had for years.
4k60fps is useless when this latest and greatest iPhone still records with MONOOOO sound.. They should include technology like OZO Surround recording like Nokia or even HTC 130dB high dynamic range recording
Why GSM seems to think that all of those features are innovative?!
Anonymous, 13 Sep 2017Which the difference between the IPhone 7 and 8?The difference is -1.
Not an iphone fan but this looks great. Finally an iphone that doesn't look like a Sony from 5 years ago, or a Sony from 5 months ago for that matter
AnonD-696124, 13 Sep 2017so what? Nokia now uses IPS displays, technology advancement right there lol. Who cares 4, 5, ... more2010...Samsung release the Galaxy S with a SuperAMOLED display. Samsung were
roundly derided for doing so(not here I hasten to add).Samsung then took the OLED tech to new heights with seeing the future, taking a massive gamble and then backing it up with hard cash in R&D. We're progressively seeing the results of that with all the Galaxy S display improvements over the years right up to the latest S8 and Note8. Best displays on the market.
Jeez, even Apple are buying these displays!
Anonymous, 13 Sep 2017All OLED has screen burn-in issue, iphone X will not exempt from that.Nope, you are wrong.
Every phone I've owned since the Galaxy S has been SuperAMOLED. Never...and I mean never had an issue with the displays. The SuperAMOLED is such a beautiful display, it is the first thing I make sure my prospective new device has.
Well done Apple on the iPhone X (not convinced about that seashore top bezel though) and welcome to the big league again.
Love, Samsung Galaxy S8 owner x.
Anonymous, 13 Sep 2017In the next X or XI remove the fat frame and that ugly bezel, it looks like a retro machine ... moreThere you go, here we have a m. Who would actually pay 1600 euros for a useless.... Wait....wait. Here comes: Phone! Damn am i late to marketing, boy would i make money with this people!
Well, you know what they say! The one that's stupid, is not that one who asks for the price, it is the one who pais those kind of money. And for what? Nothing.
So nothing new, but everything others have some, like nokia, for more then 4 years has arrived to apple's Highphone. And now, for that, they will charge people with thousands? I am still asking my self why is this company still making money...?!
Buy the original(the Essential) not the copy(the iPhone X).
Yes, ONE thing that is still missing: BIG BATTERY. I mean, instead of having that bumps because of the cam, make all the back thicker to host a 4000 battery woudn't be better than having 7mm thick instead of 9???
