I know the Play has medium specs...
But what's the point in dual core games if the controls suck?
But then in 6 months time when Android really comes into its own (re: games) - where will that leave the Play?

Yes, yes, yes, GS2 is the most powerful mobile with an amazing screen / size...
But trying using an emulator on it (most have gone now - thanks Google) and games are impossible to play..
Fortunately real retro games (Frodo64, etc.) are still available and the thought of playing 100s of childhood games is a real strong hook, even for just 12 months...

Its really gud that Sony Ericsson promises 23 more games for the Xperia PLAY but what abt the other disadvantages which Sony Ericsson have? like >> >>
1. CPU and GPU not the best
2. Display has relatively poor viewing angles
3. Video recording maxes out at WVGA resolution
4. No FM radio
5. No smart dialing
6. No shutter key
7. No video-calling over 3G
My first phone was Sonyericsson........and still I'm useing it.I really love this phone. What I want from Sonyericsson to look after these disadvantages to make this cellphone butter.

The quality of the games included is poor, I hope next games could be better, otherwise I will only use this phone for emulators.
