AnonD-600584, 29 Sep 2017How about the iOS 11.0.1? There's this new update right? Haven't they fixed it yet?Just update. 11.0.1 is better, but I think we won't see a version comparable to iOS 10 until 11.1. But go ahead, there's no use in waiting.
sa11oum, 25 Sep 2017Not that good, not because the 6 Plus is slow or outdated but because iOS 11 isn't that great ... moreHow about the iOS 11.0.1? There's this new update right? Haven't they fixed it yet?
AnonD-600584, 21 Sep 2017How is iOS 11 for iPhone 6 Plus? Not that good, not because the 6 Plus is slow or outdated but because iOS 11 isn't that great itself. It's slower than iOS 10 for the most part.
Anonymous, 20 Sep 2017But can you Downgrade or Upgrade of your choice and even make custom roms? Nope....only small number of ppl in this world who use custom rom..most of them dont even care about it as long as they get support from oem..i was once playing with custom rom, but i am getting busy right now the only thing i want with my phone is it works reliable whenever i need them..
Anonymous, 20 Sep 2017And it'll probably make it slowerIt is a little bit slower but in other stuffs the new version makes the phone faster.
Too many bugs. The UI feels slow. Also the multitasking view which pops up when you press on the left corner is removed in this version. :(
Anonymous, 20 Sep 2017My 4 years old IPhone 5s still can get ios11. Nice. And it'll probably make it slower
Anonymous, 20 Sep 2017But can you Downgrade or Upgrade of your choice and even make custom roms? Nope....You aren't making custom ROMs, you are copying and pasting shell commands from people who barely know how to compile a kernel and thinking it makes you smarter than everyone else. Meanwhile, the attack vector is HUGE for a custom ROM -- you've basically enabled root, disabled working encryption, and then applied patches by people who can't code their way out of a for loop on top of the garbage that is SELinux.
Get out of here with that trash.

Eventually, Apple wants us to buy a new device, I don't know how this update will perform on my 7. Waiting for reviews before I update. It's obvious that 6s and older devices will become a bit slow after this update forcing many to upgrade and spend money on newer devices.
It's more important for me that apps should work fine and the UI be smooth. I haven't updated my 7 since I've bought it. Many updates have come and gone. 900 Mb for security is just a gimmick. My device is working great on 10.0.3. If the new features are as good as Apple makes them sound and they are not full of bugs, I may update. For the 1.89 gig update, it should atleast have a mobile data toggle in the control centre and long press to go to wifi/Bluetooth settings via control centre.
A few more house and I'll get off work and I can go home and update. Apple always go open beta so by the time of actual release most bugs have already been ironed out.
Anonymous, 19 Sep 2017Replace anything referencing Apple and Google products/companies with "common sense to have be... moreI think some companies genuinely want to change things but their investors are thinking with their money. Space X has plenty of potential to create money for a dying industry, but the reason it's happening is for innovation to help the human race. Investors don't care of course and eventually it may faulter because of that.
