But since this one is a paid video he obviously went more in depth. I don't really see the problem with it, everyone has to make money somehow. Zack is one of the YouTuber's that isn't afraid to say what they think, provided it's not a sponsored video of course. If you've ever watched the LG G5 videos he has you would see how heavily he criticized them.

Most likely he feel that the camera is main pull factor for Lg V30
Nice design. Still hate glass rears. They feel stickier or it gets dirty the instant you touch it. Then your fingers starts to dirty other phones that look pristine.
This is why I am starting to cool off on the iPhone X. My S7 edge is starting to become smoother and more fluid after the recent update (security fix). But the glass rear still bothers me because your fingers become oily which ruins the cleanliness of your other phones.
Most flagships have went all-glass. I will stick to my matte rear G5, V20, and SE for as long as I can. The back of the Pixel isn't so bad either since the rear glass is only at the top and it's white. All still have headphone jack too. There just isn't a smartphone flagship released this year that has interested me much except the Nokia 8.

My LG V10 died recently (bootloop of death) and i was planning to get the LG V30.. but never again LG! It's a shame too because the LG V30 is probably the best all arounder right now..
I went with the Note 8. Just because i was able to get the $425 off. Heck of a deal! Should serve me well for at the very least 2 years.

This may become my next phone! In a year and a half. Or two. Bought S7 this year, no reason to upgrade so far, other than sub-par sound from 3.5mm jack when using expensive in-ear monitors. LG G2 was a bit better at it.
I still have some hope for Q8 to come with quad-dac, but I doubt it will be "smaller V30". I can't say I like the size of this thing...
Wills blanket1, 20 Sep 2017Best camera in a smartphoneBest hardware in a smartphone camera is what I heard. Doesn't automatically make it best camera, but should be pretty good.
Zack/Jerry is a sellout. He is making up photography jargons to explain things he doesn't understand. There is no such thing as "main lens" in a lens. Plastic elements are often found in high-end DSLR lenses and a Canon 50mm f/1.8 have very different design than V30's 24mm/26mm ultrawide.
LG paid for the trip and he is just repeating marketing terms
kevin97, 20 Sep 2017I'm not worrying about disassembly or heat, but about oxidizing and also microscopic movement ... moreThe internals are pretty much intact for oxygen to pass in so easily inside the device.
Even if there's some, that'll not make a huge impact to totally break the pins easily.
And the whole phone's made out of some high quality materials, and any sort of microscopic movements will do little to none to destroy the pins. Like I've said, those things aren't really very destructive to break the pins, and you'll need some brute force to really destroy them.
My sister used to own an LG G4, with the NFC sensor connected to the phone via pogo pins (which can be found on the plastic back cover). She used to drop it on the back while wearing a cheap rubber silicone case, and 1 year later and the NFC sensor is still working 100% fine.

I can say for sure that my LG Watch Urbane 2nd Edition's SIM contacts need to be cleaned up from time to time, otherwise I get a "SIM card disconnected" error. Imagine something like this on a adhesive-sealed phone...
Again and again LG welding usb connector to motherboard. Planned obsolescence in it's best.
