AnonD-633729, 21 Sep 2017Sony phones are always overpriced. That's why they do not sell well.If your reference is a chinese phones like Xiaomi then all the phones from well known brand are overpriced.

XA1 Plus does looks appealing as its siblings, XA1 and XA1 Ultra. Those color make more aesthetic and beauty. Optimization of its software and hardware such as MediaTek Helio P20 MT6757 and lightweight UI, iconic and unique design, amazing quality build if not the best, big battery (3430 mAh) aswell the additional of fingerprint sensor for its mid-range series added plus point for its XA1 Plus. We'll just see soon at reviews (maybe better than J7+ except dual-cam?)

Those who call this overpriced, I doubt that they have used a Sony recently. Decently priced and only for those who know that a secure software experience is as important as hardware running it. But low cost players give you best benchmark and top hardware right? Why bother to term these toys as phones?

This is a SONY, not a Chinese based brand like xiaomi, and don't expect for a sony phone to have a low price tag like low prestige Chinese brands,

This is the best sony deal I've ever seen for India. I think this the cheapest sony phone at launch in India considering specs of course.
