To those who are saying HTC , Nokia or Samsung or any other mobile manfucterer , pls don't bring iPhone to the competition with these what shall I say (apple copiers) because I said it APPLE COPIERS so let's see what im saying , 1st : WP7 when it released it was just like the iOS in everything even the Bluetooth was just for headphones like iPhone and after that there wasn't a copy paste feature just like what........THE IPHONE then they built it in , what I'm saying is even the sequence of the feature releases was like apple so WP7 is copying iOS , 2nd : Android the best copier of iOS ever because they copied it and I must say IMPROVED it with the things we missed in iOS but still COPIER and the last OS is the Samsung new OS I don't know the name of it and I don't wanna know cuz they already got sued them for the copying , ENOUGH SAID
P.S : I didn't write a lot about what each company stole from apple so pls no one replay and tell me u didn't clear what they stole from apple ok if u want it clear just get the spec. of each OS with what the update bring too and u will know thnx for reading

"ONCE APPLE BRINGS WIDGET"......Please say that once they copy widget...... This is for your statement when you say that they are inventing. No they aint inventing my friend...... When you knew that apple video calling was there over a year and a half... then y to say apple invented video calling as FACETIME and now people know about this. People knew about this way long back and they used it to the maximum. Probably u werent aware that apart from your hometown there is a world outside as well..... Well the argument is not that who is the best.... i like i phone. Its very polished but claiming every now and then that they invented is something i dont like. LET others say that and not apple itself... Apple doesnt appreciate healthy competition and once they sense a fear then they try to sue the company and gain nothing out of it. Just a publicity stunt...

If Apple brings widgets today, it's going to be very interesting for competition.
It's definately would get a lot of new customers who thinking if i buy android device or iPhone.
I think the biggest difference with iOS and Android is widgets for average users view.

I think they will bring out upgraded version iPhone with Dual core CPU and 1GB of RAM. I don't think 3.7 screen will happen just yet. But who knows.

as usual haters gonna hate but that doesn't make iPhone worse and i can say that its lot lot more fluid than anndroid and doesn't get buggy with time until it reaches its hardware limitations even windows phone 7 has its charms

It's not Apple fault if operators don't want Apple to use videocalls over 3g, iPhones do very huge traffic for mobile networks if you didn't know.

+ if we talking about tech being ready for video calling at least you could do it over a mobile network back a few yrs ago - being the fact that you can only do it through wifi and to anyone else who owns Iphone4 is extremely limited and IMO useless !
my whole point is that apple exaggerate and brain wash people who dont the subject matter into thinking there is nothing else like the iphone when in reality its actually not the best phone, and yet this makes operators charge premium prices for apples marketing.

Even i have HTC desire for more than a year and today my friend has i phone 4. In web browsing.. in being flexible and much more open source... it still beats apple i phone 4. Can you beat that... A phone launched in 2009 still beats the phone launched in 2010. My friend with apple i phone 4 keeps on telling me that he wishes if he could have the live wallpaper in his i phone.... LOL... HTC Desire.... Quietly Brilliant without marketing..... :)

And it was, no-one didn't care videocalls before facetime, most of people didn't even know they had videocall cabable phone.
After facetime people started to talk about videocalling.
Apple MARKETING their stuff, i'm sure there isn't almost no-one who don't know iPhone 4 have video calling option. It's not about who has things, it's about who know how to market those things and make people want them. Before facetime i haven't seen any videocall commercial in many yers, nokia market videocalling maybe 2000 or something :D so long time ago.
Second Apple knows when it's RIGHT time for something "new". When iPhone 4 got videocalling, it makes sense, now we have big screens, better internet connections, better picture quality, much smoother videoquality it doesnt cost extra money etc.
The time was right for videocalling, it was useless back in 2005.
Have you seen other brands marketing their videocall option after facetime announced? i'v had :)

Just now see some argue on Camera pixel vs Picture quality.
i'm on for pixel not equals to picture quality, why? lens, shutter type, size of the sensor.... all these affect the picture quality.
Pixel just merely tells you how many dots it use to reproduce the picture, but how clear is those dots depends on lens, shutter, sensor, image processing algorithm and etc....
So anything more than 5MP in these days can give enough dots concentration for viewing on a 42" HD display( In fact a 3MP sensor is more than enough to shot picture with enough density for full HD display). Pixel just give an indication on how large the picture can be view.
For full HD video recording with same kind of camera setup and processing algorithm expect MP, a 8/16MP sensor won't give any differences compare to a 3MP sensor. (current phone with rolling shutter and CMOS won't give any good video)

However, I have had numerous friends who had to replace their iphones a few times - 1 software 2. build quality - its all swing and roundabouts.
Lol at what marketing? being a marketing executive myself - i see it all the time. Iphone does this and that etc.. making out its the only phone capable at being a mulimedia device - like face time LOL video to video was out since 2005 yet iphone claim it was revolutionary !
htc, samsung etc.. market the phone only not android - to step away from marketing and reflect on android - phones like htc sensation and galaxy s2 - own the market at the moment and utilise android to the fullest. There is a reason why phones like the HTC desire won phone of the year (t3 mag) simply because they are the best
