So you buy their most expensive model and you get a pair of $20 headphones included. What a deal, huh.
Personally, I dont care about having a bezel-less display, OP5 is a great phone even without tiny bezels.

Oneplus is unable to shed thick top and bottom ugly bezels on their phones because of lack of infrastructure. But with with those thick ugly things you cannot call yourself a flagship killer. Even cheap chinese phones are providing bezelless displays at lower cost. Secondly, they need to enter 6 inch display category in plus versions with bigger battery like Xiaomi. Media consumption is trending more now . 3000-3300 mah battery just dont cut ice anymore. Users are becoming heavy users so anything lower than 4500 mah is going to be complete no-no in near future.

OP5 is do overpriced, they could give for ftee much better phones. Cheaper 100$ honor 9 presented ~40$ Monster headphones for free. OnePlus is real fail. After excellent 3t they just ruined everything good they had - quality, reasonable price, own design.
This release was such a let down. I was one of the first adopters of OnePlus. Got the 1+1 on invite. I was sure to stick with their products going forward. I still use the OP2 to this day since it has a Snapdragon 810 chip. When this phone dropped, their design team shit the bed.
in these days of bezel less phones, this oneplus phone is becoming flop. Oneplus skip the bandwagon of bezel less phone and now unhappy for it...
Everybody has headphones at home atm. I even have the logitech G230 gaming headphones. Jeez. It should come with a free cover, that would be a deal.
Well, i got my oneplus 5 without anything so it's better than nothing i guess
Sounds just like the mass available Xiaomi Piston Chocolate's.
Although I prefer Apple's earPods to either of these simply because the earPods fit in your ear, whereas these earbuds actually penetrate into your ear canal. And yes, I do have the earPods and I use them with my LG G6.
I simply don't like that in-ear/canal penetration, it feels like a wrong sexual violation.
And I actually like to hear the ambient noises from my environment/surroundings, so I don't get mugged or hit by a bus while riding a bicycle.
For better quality, I simply move up to much larger cans/headphone that encompass the entire ear.
Wish these came with it as standard tbh.. it was very disappointing when i didn't get any.
