Its actually a loss, apple did it with worse hw. Well, still better than sony, wish they got answer to this, consumer oriented quality.

And the Pixels will have 95? That's it! I don't trust DxOMark anymore! I'll just look up online pictures made by the phones and compare them myself! At least I am not paid by a company to raise their results!

Yes, wide angle lenses is very important! For me wide angle lenses > 2/4x zoom lenses

I much prefer a 2x telephoto lens, I have rarely felt my camera wasn't wide enough and I can always walk back, and the main camera on the note and s8 is among the widest at 26mm, too wide as a standard camera imo, by comparison there have been so many times I have been too far from my subject and a telephoto would be useful not to mention it's far more flattering for photos of people. I just wish there was a flat note 8 without the curved edges or that the lg v30 and mate 10 had a telephoto camera

No mistake - I get the Note8 for fast-focusing and good aperture camera upgrade and S Pen functions. The battery seems to be slightly better than the competition.

sure, Note 8 release was earlier, but camera ranking comes only after Iphone's camera rating ;)
