AnonD-481306, 09 Oct 2017Guys you have the answer for this: Xiaomi Mi A1... It's perfect and flawless... Been using it ... moreHow's the camera on the A1? Sadly, most Xiaomi phones have a really awful camera. Even the Mi Mix, which was an allround awesome phone, had a crappy camera as its one glaring flaw.

They should've made the design exactly the same between the two models. I'm sick of having to settle with an inferior phone design just because I want something more ergonomically comfortable for everyday use. They could've at least shaved off the top and bottom bezels if they couldn't find any supplier/maker for a smaller 18:9 OLED displays.
Vegetaholic, 08 Oct 2017Disappointing approach to Apple, too expensive, no audio Jack, looks terrible, does not really... moredude, phone manufacturer is HTC... also Taiwan based chinese company...
&#!{, 08 Oct 2017why do need audio jack ...? move on dude its the 21st century already It's still quite a dealbreaker for most people. Wired audio > wireless audio
This phone is even worse & uglier than the Essential Flop phone.
I would say that the Pixels would be more worth it if they weren't Verizon exclusives. By keeping it strictly with Verizon as far as carrier availability goes, Google is basically limiting themselves to just Verizon's customer base while ignoring everyone else in the US. The only other way to get one of these phones then would be to buy them directly from Google unlocked at full market price, leaving AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint, and other US based carriers dry for stock-Android flagships.
fgh, 09 Oct 2017you don't know what phone you rejecting
this is a perfect phone for every day use
get one ... moreNo it's not perfect. Other phones offer similar experience have better features. It's great phone but cut corners and costs way too much for what it offers.
Even though the note 8 costs more it comes with a better hardware, software, is still similar in speed, and comes with more features and better and free accessories.
Noway! Oh God!! Waiting for pixels 10/10 XL definitely those are worth to it cost lol

No, they aren't worthy xD
Poppa_fif, 08 Oct 2017How can you not like the XL2? Damn near perfect all it's missing is a SD card slot.Actually, it's anything but perfect, because it's missing quite a lot:
- SD card slot, as you already mentioned
- Headphone jack, not just so you can listen to music while charging. Using the same port for charging and music will also result in a much higher wear and tear, and will thus result much sooner in problems with the port, so you'll much sooner be forced to have it repaired or even get a new device, once it's finally irreparably damaged and thus cannot be charged anymore. This is just planned obsolescence.
Further, always needing to have that stoopid adapter around for listening to music is awful. It can easily happen that you forget it one day, and you're out of options. Also, this small part can get lost easily, and then it's another $20.
- You're ripped off by not getting a quick charge adapter right out of the box. Last year, Google still ridiculed Apple for the missing headphone jack, now it tries to be like Apple: missing headphone jack, missing fast charge adapter and rip-off pricing.
- Pricing is a massive rip-off, not only for the device as a whole, but also for the fast charge adapter which you have to buy separately, and if you lose that flimsy headphone adapter, it's another $20.
- Another missing part is a good DAC, like the QuadDAC in the LG G6. Don't expect too much from those run-of-the-mill speakers without any proper backing.
- It's also missing the bigger camera sensor it had before. The camera sensor was downsized, so they can make more profit with a cheaper sensor. Instead of investing into a better camera sensor, they preferred to buy a good review from DxO, which was out miraculously fast.
- Further missing is a good design. The current one was apparently created by gorillas on a bad drug trip, especially the Pixel 2 design.
All together, this is definitely anything but perfect.

why do you want to disable it
everyone loves it
do it to you phone
Even tho I probably get the Pixel 2 due to smaller size, I must admit that LG made a better looking phone with the XL. I think they should disable the rounded screen corners though... useless.
