if my budget was in the range of 'no more than 2600' i would still get the Note 7 than the s8+ even though the s8+ has superior specs (duh!) and a bigger display, why ?
simple ... I need the stylus both for work and leisure play, trust me you can do so much more with a stylus and faster !!
the only other phone that has almost stylus features is LG v30 and note 8 but is not in the same price range.

Junior.Barra, 12 Oct 2017No 18.5:9 bs display as S8+, just the normal & much loved 16:9 aspect ratio The real 5.7 ... moreIt's all about preference. Just because you dislike the new aspect ratio, doesn't make it bs.

You can get a Galaxy S8+ for the same price! Which has the beautiful infinity display. But i understand that some people aren't ready to let go of the home button/finger print sensor on the front. And Samsung's new finger print location isn't helping. If you don't mind getting last years chipset and missing out on the beautiful new infinity display then the Note FE is still a good choice, it's a beautiful phone and a whole $300 cheaper than the Note 8..

No 18.5:9 bs display as S8+, just the normal & much loved 16:9 aspect ratio
The real 5.7 inch display
Corning Gorilla Glass 5
Stylus
Exynos 8890 Octa
Android 7.1.1 (Nougat) with upgrade to Android 8
Same camera
Wireless ch.
Fingerprint front-mounted ... Do i need to go on?

For some ppl the oldschool 5.7 inch note display 16:9 is better!

Anonymous, 12 Oct 2017Why would you buy this if you can get the next-gen S8+ for the same price?Because not everyone is a bezel less display sucker, so those who want a device with no gimmicks, with nearly as powerful SoC as the newest models, probably just as capable camera as the newest models, almost exact screen quality, etc., this is a great option.

Besides SD835/E8895 (1Gbps Download Speed, BT5.0, 10nm efficiency), dual camera, 18.5:9 ratio, larger screen (that’s larger than the already large one on this phone), 6GB RAM (which makes no difference at all), Bixby (the Alpha version of Google Assistant), what else are people really missing?
This FE gets the same HDR certification as the newest Samsung devices, with an Iris Scanner, a stylus that’s no different to that of the Note 8, and almost as large battery as well.
Like this phone could’ve been priced lower ($300 is the sweetest spot) but doesn’t mean that no one will buy it.
I have played with the Note 8 in stores, and they were all impressive, but my heart still resists for some devices like this.
