The patents are about radio-te... moreYes, all Android manufacturers have cross-license agreements with Nokia (and each other). The ones with the most R&D on the area (Nokia, Ericsson, Motorola) earn money from their patents; the ones with the least R&D (Samsung, LG, now Apple) pay to use the others' patents. This is how things have always been; Apple just wanted a free ride.

            if the n900 was at least 2mm thiner and it's screen is 3mm and had tegra2 as it's cpu,then it would be the smartest smartphone

                Better to say. Now would apple stop to steal technologies and focus on making smartphone(not ipod with call function)?

                                  All quake in your pants, Nokia/Windows is coming at you and you would be so foolish to not even think so. It could be that those licenses only covers devices that were running on Symbian before these OEMs started making phones running on Android.
