probably not the best idea to delay this phone. as so many people will want it. but these things do happen. but i agree quad core is on its way, this year. so all the dual core will out of date come december. shame.

The Evo 3D is coming to vodafone on July 11. I can see a lot of people just waiting for that now.

Honestly LG is foolish. NVidia's Kal-El will be available to manufacturer's by the end of the year. We will have quad-core phones upon us only months after the best dual-core phones finally release. SG2 and Optimus 3D are not being placed well, especially in the US/Canada.
They are honestly lucky that the Atrix has a locked boot loader and a crappy UI. If it was an HTC phone it would have blitzed the market.

Not really a LG fan but was curious enough to be interested. However, things change and I'm thinking it is LG so why bother. Look at it and passby..................
LG = fxxkwits at that price and delaying getting product to the market. Too much thinking time means potential customers you got interested in your product have time to come to their sense....and walk!

Idiots, if they can't get the Optimus to the store before the GSM Evo 3D is announced, they'll lose a lot of buyers.

still not comparable to the delay Symbian's Anna MINOR update(just a change of the icons... not the UI.
Many Nokia owners are still waiting for something that needed to be done even before Symbian^3 release.
