I am running GB Leedroid 2.3.3 on my Desire. It has Sense and it works OK. Shame on HTC for the BS! Don't buy new phones, just root old ones and upgrade. Desire is identical to Nexus One, so whatever runs there should also run on Desire.

chrisp, 14 Jun 2011x10 is still an inferior handset even with newest updates.Dont lie to yourself, the ONLY advantage the Desire EVER HAD over the X10 was latest updates, it has now lost that and ON TOP OF THAT it has inferior battery life, inferior camera, inferior display (X10 had better quality display thats larger and better sunlight legibility), less internal mem, inferior sound quality, inferior design, inferior RF etc...we can keep going, but end of the day X10 is better especialy with 2.3. Get over it bud.

Where are the HYC lovers now? Samsung is crap, doesn't update it's phones you say? Get Desire, Galaxy S won't even get 2.2 you say? Samsung sucks at customer support you say?

Smash, 14 Jun 2011How long would you wait?youre still on Eclair,what an Outdated OS. haha.I'm on 2.2 Wolfbreak ROM at the moment and 2.3.4 CM7 is available too, by the way :)
Anyway, better late then never and X10 will get GB officially in one or two monthes

SAM Galaxy S 2 updated since launching.... SYmbian is old, but people say OLD IS GOLD.....

htc shame on you! wildfire s has enough memory but the original desire hasn't? we are not fools. so we are not going to buy any htc product in the future.
