No 3.5 mm jack =no purchase. HTC doesn't learn from their mistakes and insist on stupid decisions that harm their business...
AnonD-632062, 19 Oct 2017I hope so too. The lack of a 3.5 mm headphone jack is a deal breaker.Although I don't think that the/a lack of the 3.5mm jack is/will be an absolute 100% a deal breaker. For different reasons, such as: it is relatively subjective & a phone (device) must be judged entirely as a whole (plus/& based on its price value). But on the other hand, YES I absolutely % agree that it is definitely better with than without.
If it will be true (hopefully it will!), It will be a very important leap for HTC. At least it will be able to compete at a parallel level with all the others (S8 duo, Note 8, V30 & so on).
SH.T, 19 Oct 2017i hope they used extera space for 3.5 mm too.I hope so too. The lack of a 3.5 mm headphone jack is a deal breaker.
So basically HTC is finally going to make a phone that looks like it actually belongs as a 2017 flagship. Only took them two failures earlier this year.
This sounds to me like it's Google HTC's first engineering exercise to get GOOG/HTC made bezelless displays ready for the entire pixel 3 line next year, as HTC has never made a bezelless phone yet.
ZXcorr, 19 Oct 2017There's hope for a fantastic Pixel 3 XL next year!Agree. I like what HTC has been doing. So does Google. Next year the results should be amazing.
I hope it will feature the same colred glass back with the same colors and maybe extra color options which would be nice. Such a beautiful device.
The best kinda sheep are the HTC sheep and I'm one of them. Sign me up on the double!!
