Hoffmann, 22 Oct 2017I really don't have a clue, why the Pro variant is called "Pro"? The standard Mate 10 is b... morePro doesn't need jack to work. Pro is faster than sd card and doesn't need it to work. Pro doesn't need a high resolution and gives better battery life instead.

The Mate 10 is a no brainer. The pro is a downgrade.

Mate 10 PRO seems like a big fail to me .
You would expect it to be better but it's actually worse .
Smaller, lower resolution screen (forget about vr) ,
No 3.5 jack . Are you kidding me ?
No SD card - not a big deal, but you would expect the PRO variant to have such feature .
More expensive for no good reason.
On the other hand Mate is almost perfect IMO . If only it had 6gb ram ...

Well,my vote goes to Mate 10,and there is a 6GB/128GB version available in China.It comes with Global ROM,and it will cost you about 825$/700Euro,incl.delivery to EU..

There is an unlocked version of the M10V with 6gb and 128gb. I ordered one from China. Amoled is nice but I have had to much trouble with burn-in. I also do not like 18x9 ratio.

Placing the scanner in front of ... moreDesign wise the front FP was implented well on the P9 series with glass covering and sunken neatly . The Mate 10 however seems like a protruding FP and having no glass over it making the color variation with rest of the device noticeable in some of the colors.

The only thing i hate in Mate 10 is it's fingerprint scanner. Placing the scanner in front of the phone makes the whole phone ugly! Except for Galaxys of course coz they were the one who invented that look.
