Exclusiveness is there in all mobiles. But iPhone X IMHO will not as user friendly as Touch ID based ones. Forcing users to look at the mobile for unlocking is a new behaviour change Sold is expecting! This is becoming childish!! Tomorrow what else Apple might force users to behave with their products after parting nearly $1500 for their Mobile Phones with the apparent shelf-life in terms of its popularity and premium not going to last more than 7-8 months which imo is a hell a lot premium! To me iPhones are keeping the same functionalities and only improving its cameras for which I have made an investment on Sony RX100 IV & A6300 for atleast 5-6 years from. Last year. No need to worked up on Mobile Phone Camera Improvements and skip upgrades until 3 years.

I am a iPhone 6/7 user & i have chosen Nokia 8 over iPhone 8 both are 8 by the way. At least Nokia have some innovation like 360 ozo audio which will be useful on daily basis and dual cameras in half of the price of iPhone X. I personally don't like narrow bezel less displays which are fragile and odd edge palm touch problem. Nokia 8 ticked almost all my check boxes. Apple be innovative and stand out. Any day I like iOS over power hungry Android.

So Iphone 8 will be known as Iphone 8 the Apple's 10th anniversary phone.
2019 will be Iphone 10 launching year. Current Iphone X name will confusing 2019 Iphone X, as X=10.

If the iPhone 8 are iPhone X that you hate the most, go for the cheapest iPhone 6 not iPhone 7. It is efficiency better than these two top notch.
