GSMArena should research more before publishing articles. OMAP 4460 is a SoC made by TI, not Qualcomm. It's actually the same chip you published a week ago that is incapable of decoding/encoding 1080p video. It's the supposed chip of a galaxy S2 variant you wrote about.
