Untill the 6s or even 7, the iphones would be atleast at the top 3 either of the list if not both. The tread is changing for the better with the decline of the fanboys.
people are not smart in general when expressing their opinions(no offence). When they say they hate the iphone, most of them meant apple not the product it sells. only a fool would objectively say that iphones aren't good.

A small incr... moreiPhone 8 is selling VERY well, stock is still depleted many places even before its available world wide, plus it seems more people around here upgrade to 8 than they did iPhone 7. I think you underestimate the new stuff ip8 brings, like AR and the massive upgrade of the GPU, wireless charging, camera, the list goes on. Its real improvements, not the android "jump backwards while shaking the phone to activate hyperdrive"-kindof of "innovative features".

Mailman, 24 Oct 2017You'll be surprised how many. This will be very successful phone. Already iPhone X buyers numbers are deducted by iPhone 8 & 8 Plus(which is also reducing in demand already) buyers! So it is NOT starting 100% to begin with!

Readership are primarily iPhone haters, so nothing surprising in that result, unless you are not so good in reaching deductive conclusions.
Funny though, how not being in the Top 10 here does not compare to the reality where Apple and Samsung totally dominate profits, with the rest only getting scraps.
