i hate nokia design! they always stick to their conservative bar design. The only nokia ph i liked in terms of design is the sleek 6300. although its a little oversized in lenth!

Don't trade your 6131. I traded mine for a Motorola Krzr K1. Which is also a good phone and certainly better looking than the 6131. The Krzr has a little bit better battery and the miniUSB...and I got to say the miniUSB port is very good - it means you just have one cable for both connection AND charging. But I do have regrets. The S40 interface is much better. Its also much faster.
This new 6267 will have all the funtionality of the 6131 and hopefully be as fast and durable. But it will also have miniUSB for charging and connection. It will have a 2.5mm jack, which means no more pop-port and you can plug in any earphone you want for music.
Personally, I would not upgrade from the 6131 though. I would wait until Nokia either makes a phone with the the same style, but better looking. Or get a smartphone. However, if this new 6267 has a much bigger battery, I would be tempted to trade in my Rzrz.

Nokia always make phones with good specs but its designs always stop me from buying them. Low-end or high-end, they are all not that attractive.
I want to buy a nokia phone to see what's all the fuss is all about but when I try it at shops, it just doesn't feel good in hand. The specs are good though.

Are you crazy? What other phone on the market costs 130 euro like nokia 3500, which is thin and has 2 megapixel camera, memory card slot? Compare it to SE T250 which will cost 120 euro having NO bluetooth, VGA camera, no memory card slot. That is why nokia is a leader and SE don't sell good!
6267 is music phone, it will cost only 240 euro, and has beautiful 16 million colors screen, 3G, music keys, VGA video recording, etc. Compare it to newly announced SE W910, having same 2 megapixel camera, but no miniUSB or audio jack, 176x144 video recording, but for 520 euro retailing price. Now say what will sell better?
Even now we have two direct competitors on the market, nokia 6300 and SE w880, specs and dimentions are comparable, but nokia 6300 costs two times less and sells tons, while w880 sells really bad.
How SE fanatics can be so funny =)

I am a Moto user, and I tend to stick to my fav brand. This is one of the rare occasions when I take a look at the other brands. I respecet everyone's decision, and don't try to insult or persuade anyone to buy this and that. But with every new Moto model we have a thousand Nokia fanboys coming and screeming OMG that's the same boring design, it's so ugly, etc. So I was curious to take a look at Nokia's new models. Now... can anyone tell me what's so new and innovative about this new Nokia designs ?

I have a Nokia 6131 and I think it`s the best phone I`ve ever had (and I also had Nokia`s E50 and N70, just to mention a few...)
The only think Nokia could improve in 6131 is batery life and software.
So, why the new 6267 doesn`t come with better (S60) software?
Why should one bother to change from 6131?

What is de difference between the 6121 classic and the 6120 classic..? The only thing I can see is that there are two new colors (gold and pink) but this cannot be the only thing.

The 6267 is going to be the best non-smartphone clam-shell ever. I'm not kidding. Why?
Because it the evolution of the 6131. Why was that phone so good? Lets see...FAST. Responsive phone with big display. Ruberized or soft-plastic shell made it durable and no scratches at all. Quick start-up. phone worked without a SIM card. Quad band. S40 3rd edition interface is, IMO, the best phone UI there is. And the 6131 had really big keys. Huge keys in fact. Easy to text fast.
Downside was that the battery didn't last long when when listening to music while playing backgammon on the phone. The phone used pop-part for cable connection and headphones and I hate the Pop port.
Now to that. this new phone will add stereo bluetooth (the 6131 shippped lacking it, but it became available after a firmware upgrade). miniUSB charging IS GREAT. Means you charge at the office or with any computer and you will use your phone as a datastore often. 2.5 audio connector is great. Audio controls on the front panel.
This phone is / will not be a looker. But it will be a very good phone. Just hope they put in a better battery too.

These phones are clearly low-end and will not feature a design like 6500 as that phone is mid-range. If people do not understand the market, it's best they don't comment so it saves people from having to read such nonsense.

nokia,too many models wich are the same. too many "2mp camera". go ahead and strike back with "3mp,5mp camera,vga mp4 video,3 inch display". we are bored with this models again and again the same functions,but with another keypad design!!!
