good hardware...probably bad software(blur)...bad support...moto should have learn with samsung if they want to get customers,provide the necessary support...who in the owrld would buy a high end fone and not getting the proper support...

Milestone models are the best qwerty sliders in the world and some of the most good looking phone.If u don t like them,go back to your antique sony ericsson
