And..... Start counting the months that takes Samsung to copy the colour for a special edition. Sony should have kept making the special red edition for all their products, but even that idea was stolen by the other "big one" and, they charge extra for it, and people want to pay for it.

Ughhh... Garbage now comes in red...
I just want this from Sony for next year:
1/ Keep back design. It's beautiful and unique.
2/ Give us 81% (or above) screen-to-body ratio with 16:9 diplay like the Mate 10 (not pro).
3/ Go for OLED. LCDs are great, but OLED is what most consumers want. I also heard that Japan Display will have OLED Panels ready for next year so Sony can go for it or go for Samsung.
4/ Clean up the UI. It's basically stock I know, but change the launcher and go full stock this time (every god damn thing in the software) and add Sony's excellent Album and Walkman music player apps.
5/ Add OIS for the camera. Also, change the post processing and make it have a tiny amount of saturation with less noise so non-professional consumers love it and buy it.
6/ Make less megapixels for the camera (12MP will be excellent) with the same sensor size so the pixels can be bigger and go for f1.6 G lenses for brighter shots. Also, adding a monochrome or a wide angle lens will be marvelous.
7/ Change the camera app. Make it simpler, faster, and more minimal looking. LG's camera app is excellent with tons of features. Sony can benefit from it and take notes.
8/ Stainless Steel sides with Gorilla Glass 5 on the front and the back for Wireless charging. The durability and the feel will be out of this world!
9/ Finger print sensor availability fro the US. I know about the issues and everything, but the US is one of the biggest markets in the world. So making a name there would change Sony's future forever.
If Sony can make this, I am 110% sure that they will hit the market harder than ever before. They will give Samsung's, Apple's, and Google's smartphones a run for their money.

- LOVE monolithic design (looks very professional)
- HATE round corners (they look so cheap from my point of view)
- are skeptical when it comes to bezeless phones.
I for one will wait 1-2 more years before I take the leap. Phones today are just too damn fragile.
Drop the phone once and puff, there goes another 50% of the phone's price on a second display + costs.
Maybe you change your phones like socks, I for one change them when they're dead or very obsolete. Mainly because I buy highend quality phones.
I've tried many brands, but when it comes to durability (hardware & software) the only one I always come back to is Sony. There was HTC in the past but now they make cardboard quality phones. RIP HTC
Sammy is very lazy when it comes to updates and stability.
So I'd rather have extra bezels, but latest updates. In the end, it's all about software experience and usability, not looks.
I'm not that desperate to buy a phone just to impress people. Pfff
