Okay, basically the sooner the better, but finally the most important is not how early it will be available, but how excellent (performance, efficiency) it will be. I hope that Qualcomm (Exynos, Samsung too) will always keep the A11 Bionic (single & multi too) in mind.

I've seen the benchmark of the SD845. while it doesn't beat A11 as everyone anticipate in CPU prowess. it's quite impressive. I know just the CPU scores. which are 2,600 SC/8,700 MC.

The two big manufacturers of chips are Samsung and TSMC. And I believe Samsung will be the manufacturers of the Snapdragon 845, hence why they also lay claims to the chips first as some sort of "manufacturer's privilege".
It's shitty, but it's about par for the course for what Samsung does. They do a lot of shady or downright illegal stuff to damage competitors and favour themselves.

Qualcomm should set some limits to their batches, why in the hell they favoring their chip to samsung more other than any company ? there's many users are not samsung so qualcomm should give a chance to other brand as well !
