As HTC costumer, i think HTC still left behind and lack on screen device. why HTC still used superLCD? the mobile flagship nowadays use high level OLED screen (P-OLED or AMOLED). in the future, I hope htc can consider the needs of consumers and able to compete with other excellent products

RickGH, 02 Nov 2017Very stupid decision to release flagship now, huh? What are you? When did the Pixels come out?... moreThose phones can't even reach Note 8 level, in few months S9 is coming, with new gen chipsets and new improvements, everything else will be just generic phones after them, maybe even G7 will launch with new chipset and Sony, Leaders all the time one step ahead, struggling companies like HTC release phones up to competition only half year later

I did really like HTC, but no more. I feel like HTC is liar. You made HTC U Ultra U play is flatship. Then HTC U11. Now U11+ and Life. what are you promising? what happend Ultra and U play. no update no supported? You don't need to give so many products and lied ppl to buy this is flatship this is better. Just make a best phone like HTC desire time. or let people think HTC is making so many common phone and advertising 6 flatship phone for a year.

Vegetaholic, 02 Nov 2017You can see from videos, they really desperate, but again no 3.5mm, no amoled, outdated chipse... moreI agree that it is bad not to have 3.5 mm jack but Amoled or LCD, they both have their aps and downs, and the chipset is the newest in the market, remember this is the PLUS version ,so maybe the next (yet not announced) SD 845 will come inside U 12 after like 4 or 6 months. And this time will be great especially for the holiday season .

Vegetaholic, 02 Nov 2017You can see from videos, they really desperate, but again no 3.5mm, no amoled, outdated chipse... more"In few months time"
Newer flagships are coming every "few months", such is the current pace of the mobile world. By your logic, early next year flagships will get outdated and forgotten in few months time as well, once the H2 flagships arrive.

Here's an idea, we should be able to get those outdated few-month-old flagships at cheaper prices, unless one absolutely needs the latest & greatest.

Btw, the comments in the YouTube page are generally more positive.

YalokIy, 02 Nov 2017Like how they made the wireless charging showing off the coil through the glass..Its NFC coil, not wireless charging unit.

                  Still the phone looks great.
