They just want to be lazy and blame the oem for the abuse they put their gadgets through.

The note 8 is a very fine, excellent machine, just like that, many people yell about all those cheap wonder flagship killers but never mention all the downsides and bad workmanship that inevitably plague those cheap devices, So, when it comes to quality, good quality, you always have to pay for it

There are only 56 million mobile phones active in the country, and ~84% of them are smartphones. That means 1 in every 47 smartphones is a Note 8 in South Korea.

first of all, I love this phone, it's all I wanted from a replacement of my Note 4. But... too expensive! I bought a p10+ for € 400 less (€ 599 instead of €999). As a bonus I have 128gb drive space and 6gb ram, better battery, 16:9 screen (a plus for me), better sound.
Downsides: LCD v.s AMOLED, less bezels, more durable, more scratch resistent, better water resistence for the Note
