Got one in Hong-Kong last week-end and kept it only 2 days : Takes ages to start, screen freezes often and is not that responsive on some occasions.
I'm now using HTC Desire S and it's a breeze compared.

The Neo is currently available in Portugal via a carrier (TMN) and costs 300 euros over the counter and 290 online. I don't know if it's in stock but it's on display in all the TMN stores.
