Well, not all what you said is true. Not Sony invented waterproof devices, as far as I know their first IP rated device was launched back in 2006, but Casio have made one back in 2005. Fujitsu in 2007 have also started to make water resistant devices and since then almost every Fujitsu is IP rated(the new ones are also shock resistant).
LG made the first bezel-less display? When? In which device has been used?

Im my country people stopped buying their products because they realized you can't do sht with it. You can't even send a photo to someone. I mean wtf? Don't even get me started with that LAME iTunes.
Only low IQ ppl buy crapple because that way they think they impress others.

2. Nokia made 2G and 3G on their phones in the late 90s, glance screen and the best camera Carl Zeiss.
3. Sony developed the first waterproof and the best sounding technology.
4. Samsung made the best OLED/ AMOLED display, edge screen and virtual reality.
5. LG made their first bezelless display and best LED flash.
6. Huawei made a phone that has a big battery that can last long in a smartphone.

Not gonna matter. Apple is popular, so they can't be acquitted nor punished. They can pay ALL LAWYERS IN THE WORLD and provide no chance for the suer to win the case, but today's society tells that big and popular brands will always be the winner even when they're not.
