Now you’re adding an even bigger notch/bezel. What a stupid article. Take the side area of the notch as a bonus screen, so apple is giving you a free bonus of screen area instead of using a black bezel just like samseng.

The home button was fine because it doesn't ... more"Iconic" doesn't mean everyone has to like it or that it has to be something you agree with. It just means it is easily recognized or known about from coast to coast. And it isn't a flaw either. It may not be the prettiest thing to look at, if all you do is sit there and focus on it all day, but it also wasn't designed that way by accident, and it takes nothing away from the actual performance of the device.

The home button was fine because it doesn't protrude into the screen the notch is justt ridiculous and the fact that people are already trying to temporary fix it tells you something.....

Put a tape on the display. Then the Phone won't work tho. Apple Realy Realy should have made another way To unlock the Phone. What if you don't wont To unlock it with face.

Well you see, notch is fine and iPhone X is not the first phone, where it was used btw. Remember motofone ? E-ink display and indications were in corners. I guess there will be software update to modify iOS in first place to manage it better.
If not, then it would be stupid. Anyway nice design though.

Why remove a feature? Apple fans require this so that their phone is easily recognizable from afar at the front or back as the iPhone X. You might recall the article you posted that Apple requires app developers not to go around this notch by disguising/hiding it.
I'm an Apple hater though. I just defended the feature for me to state how shallow people can be and Apple loves it.

Sharp has been making near-bezelless phones with NO TOP BEZELS, for YEARS. apple couldn't solve that?
