I have an idea that can really help nokia earns millions of dollar. They should remember that they are a phone manufacturer. So act like one. Use excellent hardward like u do always. Leave the software department to developers. Sign a deal with google for android. Since u've wp7, meego and symbian on ur side, the rest is simple. Make a phone with nice pieces of hardwares with multiboot functionality. Release the ROM of different OS officially for that device. Let the people choose which they want. U need to sell phones. I can bet it'll b a hit........

One of my greatest mistake and regrets i had with Nokia is buy Nokia N900 on MEAMO only for Nokia to abandon dat platform soon after, changing Os like a confused driver.

Last guy: R u crasy, man?!? Nokia is a serious brand and it took the right decision - WP. Nobody would accept them seriously if they played with Giggle, pardon Google:) Leave this misunderstanding Android(the clumsy copy of iOS) to the children to play with.

Few months from now I am sure top executives in Nokia will hit their heads against the wall for not using Android in their phones. As Nokia + Microsoft can never be the market leader in mobile industry. It’s a suicidal attempt by Nokia.

I can understand why they have gone to WP7 - it does suit the Nokia phones 'better' than the android platform, however, if they really didn't want to leave symbian why didn't they just 'refurbish' the OS so that it took the concepts of ideas they liked from the other OS's and created a Symbian version.. This would keep Nokia's exclusivity of their personal OS (like Apple) but also be in contention with others!
