It would be dumb of Nokia to put all its eggs in one basket. Plans are probably in place to switch to Android when the time comes (and it will come) when Windoze Phone-y becomes the Epic Fail that it is.

nokia running on android would be great! quality phones from nokia and a fantastic OS will certainly be a hit. i hope nokia would someday go for android and scrap symbian os.

They ported android for nokia n900. But it's not fully functional. Like u can call but u won't hear anything. But u can play games and ur other apps ......

and i compare the samsung galaxy s2 much better at all
i compare using my computer and i see which one is best
again Samsung much better quality than Nokia n8
did you compare because 12 mp not usually better
also n8 not using great auto focus im rely not interesting
with 12 mp n8 at all

ahmed, 24 Jun 2011hi yes put i would like to say i own Samsung galaxy s2 and Nokia n8 i with honest ... moreActually I bet that you don't have both phones, Nokia N8 does have auto-focus if you're not aware of that, is because you don't have it, and if you use gsmarena photo compare tool you can see clearly, but really clearly that the N8 is superior, just compare the color reproduction, the SGSII looks like what it is, a phone with camera, and not a camera phone.

i with honest the samsung galaxy s2 get pictures much better than
nokia n8 i compare to many time also at night with flash
also full hd with samsung much better than nokia n8
i not see any thing nice pictures with 12 mp nokia n8
