samsung is a copycat!!! yes. they have copied every single step apple and nokia have taken to become successful. these two phones look alike, pointing to the fact that samsung copied apple. samsung has no uniqueness on their own. all they do is imitate others. ugghhr they make me sick. no wonder their underrated. i hope they leave the mobile business for others who are exclusive and not copycats e.g se, nokia, apple

Samsung had a working prototype of the (F700)? (i think that was the one) Just after the Iphone was announced and the F700 had been announced almost a year prior.
How can you say all these things are a copy of Apple????????????????
Apple did not invent smartphones, apps, thin phones, the middle button, rounded edges, hd recording or decoding, amoled tech, music players, headset jacks, capacitive touch, plain designs, and they sure as hell never broght innovative.

SAMSUNG should learn from NOKIA and HTC...they are also making great phones...don't even try to copy the iPhone...people are talking about iPhone...in my view iPhone is worst phone ever hit in market...lots of probleam in it...ya great hardware but worst software...as far as samsung...they are 100% copying iPhone...! even icon-shape etc...!

December 2010 Samsung Announced they sold 10 million Galaxy S Worldwide and matching it to what you said means : in two short months Samsung sold impressive 10 million Galaxy S!!

This lawsuit has everything to do with Apple's market strategy.....Android and especially Samsung are the main threat to Apple!
The Galaxy 2 will convince many iphone fans to turn to Samsung !
This action by Apple is intended to discredit Samsung and hurt G2 selles numbers! They used the same tactic before......a couple of days before G2 was launched.....with little succes because G2 became an instant hit! This lawsuit will not end in a court of law! It will end behind closed doors in a settlement between the execs of the 2 companyes.......a......"gentlemen's agreement"........!
Apple's only hope is that the Iphone5 will be something spectacular.....otherwise with these kind of cheap tactics they won't stop Samsung and Android's continuous rise !

In a way, I'm giving Apple some credits in shaping the mobile industry today. In a span of 4 years which only has 4 devices compared to other manufacturer which had hundreds, it became a pop culture. Holding an iPhone still feels premium.

And the only reason you have a point here is because AppStore have much more games to choose from over what Android Market have.
BUT...... Samsung Galaxy S II beats the holy crap out of iPhone 4 in performance under gaming though.
Having a stable 60 fps with Vertical Sync and Anti-Aliasing enabled in most games really needs quite alot of CPU and GPU power.

Oh wait, iPhone 4 is bette... moreiPhone is better than SGS2 in gaming. Nothing to do with SGS2 hardware, which is awesome, but to do with app eco-system. Android is not appealing enough to developers (for now, things may improve later).
For now, iPhone beats all Android phones in gaming.
