lucky us, 26 Jun 2011maybe nike should be suing adidas for making their balls round. what the hell.awosome ever comment !
samsung is always copycat, for example the lg optimus 2x original, but what samsung did, they copy cat it.
At least Samsung could have used touch buttons all the way (at the bottom) instead of that ridiculous push button in the middle very similar to iPhone. Use metal unobidy Samsung for a change....
man, ford should be suing every car company out there for making metal frame driving boxes with 4 wheels and an engine.
maybe nike should be suing adidas for making their balls round. what the hell.
I have to admit, it just looks to darn similar and the argument about its a phone, how different can it be is horse shit. HTC, LG, Moto....they have all got their own style. As soon as you see one of then you can tell its either Moto or HTC, etc. But when when you look at samsung, the first thing that pops in your mind is iphone! hmmm.
consumer wins!!!
People copying other "privacy" is common things. Every tech is base on one scientist named Nikolai and his invertions then all copying round and round. All around handphone nowadayz are copied from Motorola who is real founder of handphone in 1979!! Admit it!
dud very nice mobile, i like this mobile, my wish is in future i have the money then i will take this mobile
well, don't copy SteveJobs house,he will kill you!
what happened ? apple having so much financial difficulty now days ?
Anonymous, 25 Jun 2011what you say about palm suing blackberry in 2003 just emphasizes my point that companies copy ... morethis side is really cool, ai wanna to more side
Consumer Reports have placed the iPhone, iPad, and MacBooks on the top of every category.
Not this again. Seriously everyone and everyone will always cross some kind of patent cause when you design a product it must look a bit similar to the competition or else it would look foreign to the consumer and FAIL.
Besides apple needs to settle their tiff with their patent breach on 3g,gsm, etc from nokia.
Better watch out people, Steve Jobs will eventually start suing you for even eating an Apple. Better find a new fruit to replace it.
apple is looking like a sour company who cant do anything but to sue their opponent when they see they are going down wahhhhh.
AnonD-6769, 25 Jun 2011dude its all about experience Forcing people to use iTunes....what a great experience. No flash...what a great experience... can't expand memory onto an SD card....not really great....no 4G data speeds.....no dual core processor, only a 3.5 inch screen. Face it, apple is inferior. No matter what the iphone 5 ends up being, people will still flood the store to get it. That's because it's a fad, not because it's great. People use words such as "experience" to cover the fact that it is inferior. It used to be "apps" until android passed them in that category too.
Apple suing Samsung over this matter of "patent" design is equivalent to Apple saying they invented the cellphone. lmao
what is going on with apple????? are they losing there marbles????? they would rather suie other company then looking after there clients.... apple this is really low and shows you dont care about your customers you just care about money..... SHAME ON YOU.... THIS IS JUST LOODACRESS.....
AnonD-6769, 25 Jun 2011dude its all about experience
My goodness, now it's "experience". There is a better experience in life... it's called... a life. And a worse experience is called cognitive bias.
When iPhone came, with superior technical specs, everyone praised them (and rightfully so, we wouldn't be here without it). So technical specs, fluid UIs, consistency, market with most apps, good design... it was the way to discuss. And they rightfully "won", i.e., teached the world how to do better products people actually wanted.
Now fast-forward a few years. People got better tech specs, UIs are just as fluid in the comparable ($$$) models, case design is of same quality, if not better in some cases. Market has the same 2^trillion apps (most of them, in both iOS and Android, useless and badly-designed). Now the speech reached the infantry, and they shift focus to "paid Market" (mine is bigger than yours style) and, of course... lawsuits.
When (and if, as this is not a religion dogma) other systems pass whatever Apple offers, then they will have nothing but "experience" to rely on. Because you know, I hear all the time people reasoning that the Apple "experience" can't be copied. Of course, with such a subjective concept, the beauty is in the eye of the beholder. You can't offer anything better, because "better" is defined in an ad-hoc manner. And if they did, then "No True Experience could be copied" would follow.
They portray everyone like copycats now, but they forget that the first iPhone was strikingly similar to another phone already on the market. They think that they pioneered single screen devices with input tech with gestures, or even capacitive (if you're smart enough to know the implications of the "capacitive" word). And God forbid you if you think that screens should be rectangular! I mean, I say God but the iFruit is historically related to the Genesis Snake. Oh wait! Nokia had Snake before they did.
We should all be paying royalties to Magna-Doodle, for Snake's sake!
