Someone sold you a fake or you bought a cheap knock off. If it was the former then you need to get hold of the seller. Is it a stick on Apple logo at the back?

Fusion, 11 Nov 2017Just go get it replaced at Apple with no hassle..Try doing this with an Android and you'll be ... moreThe only time I got a DOA-phone (HTC's Desire Z, the screen was faulty - the 2nd unit worked great), I walked back into the store and they replaced it with a new phone after testing the faulty phone by themselves. So where did all that waiting go all by sudden? I mean, it's the OS's fault that automatically should've meant weeks of waiting and has nothing to do with individual stores and their customer service? :D

I own iphone X, it feels good but seeing so many issues on internet that screen freezing in cold weather, now green lines and if phone freezes the gesture to go to home screen does not work. I really hope apple should increase warranty for 2 years like pixel did because I spend over 1500$ (India) and I am not sure about the quality as repair cost is extreme in India.

There is no quality control in Apple now. I have an iPhone 7 plus and its about 10 months old. The paint has peeled off at two places near Apple logo and the entire back plate has pitting marks. This is totally unexpected from a phone which has always stayed in a case.

This is what happens when you get some low quality OLED from Samsung and trying too much calibration to meet the Quality of HIGH-QUALITY Samsungs note 8 OLED'S
