These updates are called the benefits of globalisation that few people experience gets to 7 billion within no time
Embrace it and as far as apple after sale service or any manufactures after sales service is concerned so I think the most friendly one is istore
A[?]pple$ hasn't failures, it has features and if it sounds bad go to the clinic and get implanted a new ears. Of course, better if it's a pair of iEA[?]r that includes X fixes, it mean, features for only above 14000 dollars.

Guess what, they don't and they manage to handle a defect unit just fine. They take it back to the store where they bought it and get a replacement. They don't need to read about a cracking noice it on a site to understand something is wrong.
And what about all the people not using Apple, Samsung or Google phones. Why not bring forward all the small issues about their phones. Why should they have to go to xda-developers forum to find out its an issue with their phone that a few other people also have.
Instead all theses articles about this small issues make it look, to those not understanding any better, that these phone are so much more prone to issues than others.
To me its useless information that does not do anyone any good except for bringing out fanboys complaining about others peoples phones. Too much of that already as it is.
Thats my opinion :)
Maybe its a bug, a real one that assembled itself by mistake in the filthy factory

If you are sitting there with an IPhone X and you experience similar issues then you may come here to gsmarena to find out if some other people are experiencing the same issues and thankfully gsmarena have carried the story, so job done. They are keeping us informed no matter how trivial you may find it. ..Like I said to the other person and I say it to you with respect ......you have the option to ignore the story. Simple!!! Just avoid the story...move on!!
Also it will be interesting to see how Apple deals with this issue. if nobody ever covered any story about any issues, then how would we know that there was an issue in the first place and how widespread it was?
Samsung phones being slow and plagued by software and hardware bugs every year. GSMArena comments: yeah, not that bad, Samsung will fix it. Outcome: Samsung starts to fix it after weeks, then not completely removes the issue but just fixes part of it and says that people have to live with what‘s left
New iPhone has a small software problem which only hits a few users. GSMArena comments: yeah € 1000 phone does have such problems Isheeps still buy it, Apple will die soon. Outcome: Apple fixes it after a few days. GSMArena comments: iPhone cheap China with buggy software, why so many updates, i‘m Annoyed getting updates every once in a while, I‘ll switch to Android.

Issues/bugs effecting a large number of customers might of course be interesting to read about but not every single little issue that only a handful of people out of millions are experiencing. Again, there will always be defect units.
And it's not like other devices don't have their own issues but there hardly any interest in reading about them (you will find them at xda-developers forum for example). Apple, Samsung and Google are big names, reports about issues, however small they maybe will generate clicks and comments which is equal to money for sites like this. So I understand why they do it.
Intentional and very useful feature, nothing to see here. People, move along. :D

The IPhone X has been one of the most anticipated smartphone releases in many a year and was launched with huge fanfare and will become one of the if not the most sold mobile phone of this year.
Why would gsmarena not cover this? Oh, and you do have the option to not to click on the stories if you find them boring!!!!!!
This is really boring now, some reports of ANY flagship device and all people make them sound as catastrophic, it is impossible to not have some deffective units, it is the same tging with cameras, tv sets, sound systems, house appliances etc. Why this all fuss for some devices malfunctioning? Come on, it is really becoming boring
